Ever since we bought a washer in October 2016 we began to have problems to the point where within 7 months they have come to the house over 7 times putting new parts constantly at no avail. I have called sears & Kenmore numerous times and we constantly get an Indian or Asian person who do not seem to know what the *** they are doing.

They immediately try to schedule another appointment to fix the dam washer that has been gutted already. I am so upset because I have a child who is sick with an open wound in his stomach and I cant wash anything to keep things sanitized. My husband is very ill as well and sears & kenmore have become my worst nightmare. I grew up believing in sears and I have now changed my mind about them.

They are mean and do not care about their customers. I will never purchase from sears or any kenmore again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Kenmore 11020222510 Washing Machine.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $349.

Preferred solution: replace my washer.

I liked: If i could give them a zero i would.

Same problem. 9 parts 7 techs and still not working but we have ordered another part. Never again will I deal with Sears
