I have a Kenmore refrigerator with a defective failed sealed system. Failed compressor.
Evap leak - apparently Kenmore/LG has had this problem and has bought people out of their fridge according to my repair person. Obviously, I wasn't one of them.

The glass door of my oven exploded in pieces.
A very serious and dangerous accident happened and they are responsible. How come something like this happened?
I called and nobody wants to take care of it.
They want to send a technician to make me pay.
I dont have that money for repairs or replacement. They are lucky that we were not injured.
We are seniors retired and it is hard to pay for repairs or replacements.
If I dont get an answer or a call from them I will file a complaint to BBB

Amazon cancel their contract with Kenmore and Sears Services as they do not meet their standards and practice standards which include premium customer service which they do magnificantly. Amazon has the market share for a very good reason, THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!

I have yet to hear from Kenmore
Bought a Kenmore dishwasher through Lowes online. Went and picked it up.
Got it home and left it in the box until the following weekend when our tech was coming to install it. Took it out of the box and the frame was bent so it is unable to be opened (the door). Lowes refuses to do anything.
Someone needs to do something before I contact my attorney and take both Lowes and Kenmore to court over this. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional on both parts.

Kenmore hit water warranty
The phone gets answered and then immediately hangs up on me, no options, no human, nothing! Total disrespect and disregard for customers

Well, my Kenmore Elite is only 3 years old, and they tell me no parts can be ordered. I have been without a refrigerator since May 6.
I called and a technician (repair) came out and ordered the part, but it never arrived. Another technician came once I called again and he said the part cannot be gotten; I have to replace the refrigerator. Despite this, the part still did not come, and I have been on stand-by ever since. They suggested I take out the home protection warranty, so I did, but I am wondering why, because the refrigerator was already covered by Kenmore since no part can be ordered to fix it.
I have called several times and they say 7-10 business days.
Another technician came out and I showed him the part they ordered, and he wanted to charge me $110.00 for coming out. He said, 'I didn't do anything and you have all the records, and I am not charging you.' So now it is August 14, and I'm still without an answer.

Hello, I had Kenmore refrigerators from sear 2019, but I loss proof of purchase. For 2 years and 2 months the SAME icing situation was happening I paid $3299.00
For this GREAT refrigerator 3 weeks after buying it I had trouble with the freezer not freezing properly man came out changed a tube 1 month later same problem.. changed compressorbottom line I bought the protection plan the last time the repair man came he knew EXACTLY what the problem was unfortunately he BROKE a part Sears refused to fix it instead they authorized a replacement but ut is nothing like the 1 I had I kept telling Sears repair it was a LEMON and I wanted it replaced for the EXACT SAME ONEinstead they want to give me one that sells for$1699.00. I told them it was like I was driving a BMWand they want to replace it with Camry both are cars both have 4 wheels both have power searing but they are NOT EQUAL.
I HATE Sears especially their PROTECTION plan total ripoff
